So Sorry for all his friends and family... Our 21 year old boy Bryan, who lived in Lyndon Station, was also struck and killed by a train, on Sept. 13th 1997. Same trainline except in the Dells... He too was cremated, and his funeral service was also @ Farber Funeral Home... Plz give our heartfelt regards to his family and friends. We know near the same pain... My heart goes out to his family. I know how it is to loose a loved one in this manor.
There is a strong possibility that Leroy Knott was sucked in by the train. The dirty little secret that nobody knows is a train is capable of sucking a person in and killing them. This is how the aerodynamics of a train works. When the head of a train passes an object it creates a compression wind, which blows away from the train immediately followed by a suction wind, which blows directly towards the train. The Suction wind will be about twice as strong as the compression wind. When the compression wind hits a person he will instinctively lean into the wind. Just as he is leaning into the wind the suction wind will pull him directly in front of the train. This all happens in the blink of an eye. I tried to get the FRA, My two do nothing senators (Kohl and Feingold) and my do nothing congressman (Sensenbrenner) to warn the public. They seem more concerned about protecting the railroads than protecting the people they are supposed to serve.

i never knew Leroy's last name...to me he was a real bad influence on my son, and i didn't want him around...i never took the the time to understand that this kid had NO CHANCE at a real life...that was 3 years ago...he had a smile that would melt through you if you let it. i didn't look past his bad habits to see a kid that hurt so bad. i heard about this tonight...he was living UNDER the bridge where the train passed every day and night with nothing to eat....i am so sorry Leroy....i hope i can see you in Heaven and hold you...i am so sorry...MY GOD i am so sorry...He did take his life...how lonely he must have been...Crystal loved you Leroy.....i so wish i had....God has you now kid....rest easy.

THIS COMENT IS MEANT FOR "LEROY, I WAS WRONG" .....DO NOT BE MISTAKEN.....YOU WERE NOT WRONG!!!! YOUR PRIORITY WAS YOUR SON, AND LEROY'S UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES HAD NO BEARING ON THAT. YOU DID WHATEVER YOU FELT WAS RIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD AT THE TIME, SO NEVER FEEL GUILTY ABOUT THAT! It is obvious from your message that you are a caring, loving, concerned and responsible adult, that your son can be grateful to have as a mentor and guide.

We will all grieve for Leroy, and thank God that your son had you as a parent.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Aquarius

Be careful now, because you could easily give someone the wrong impression and not even know that you're doing it. This is most likely to happen if you're trying to pussy-foot around them or avoid offending them, because that's when things could get lost in translation. You also have a tendency to sit on the fence now, which could make you seem slightly untrustworthy or shifty if you aren't careful.
