Im surprised the city hasnt required the RR or its contractors to clean up the mess it left on Martin St. when it cleared out the area near the RR tunnel under Martin St. It is quite an eyesore. The residence above the RR track have thrown their trash and old appliances down the hill which Im sure must be against city code.

It is not the black people as most of the people there are white, the main culpret is the crew that the rairoad hired to clear out that area. THey cut trees down and left it trashy. The mobile homes along that area are kept up and not trashy. There is a local guy there that picks up trash almost every day so someone at least cares about their neighborhood.
