whos to judge me?

I fianlly got my own home again after going through heck to get one I was hopeing to have some good neighbors to help me but so far all I get is nothing but greagh. I have made grate effort to get my home and yard in good shape , but with several health problems it is takeing longer than expected. I have planted hundreds of plants and shrubs and have been working on getting things done but my grait nieghbors would rather call the police on my instesd of asking me if I needed any help. I had better nieghbors when I lived in Utah, of all places. I would love to help my nieghbors but they dont give me any reason to do so. If they wanted to see if I needed any help they never had the guts to come see me first. I was thinking about haveing to leave this grait town but now im here to stay . If any of the ones who turned me in ( for no reson at all I hope they will come at least let me know what you want me to do themselfs.

Evanston SUCKS. It always has. Or maybe it was just the crowd I was hanging with. They ruined it for me.
