Russell girl dies of crash injuries

Amanda Wiley died at 3:47 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Francis campus of Via Christi Regional Medical Center in Wichita , according to a Kansas Highway Patrol report.

I will miss you alot. I used to go to her house and she would come to my house. She was my best friend in Kindergarten and 1st grade at David Brewer Elementary in Leavenworth. We loved to play dress up and other games. I will miss her. Love Belicia
