Judge it!
Not much of a story, I am all for jobs, I am all for clean energy I need more information on this project to toss in my 2 cents worth.
Green Jobs are better, as is Green Technology, but until those start to happen then why not take this and then expand into the green energy, if the 'grid' will finally be connected north and south, the ability to build and have green energy in the outback of Nevada will be able to connect to the 'grid' and pump in the green stuff.

Environmentalists say a water-sucking, carbon-emitting, coal-fired power plant shouldn't be built anywhere in the world, let alone the high desert of northeast Nevada.
