I hope this means trouble for ESP, they have had time to change their ways and have not. The only way changes will be made is when the state has to pay and the ones responsible lose their jobs. Starting at the bottom with the guards whom ignore request for medical treatment and good old "JOE" the medical director for ignoring doctors orders and practicing medicine when he just has a nursing degree. I know only to well, my brother just became another statistic of their treatment. I wish he had gotten treated as well as the terrorist in Gitmo.

Karen..I am so sorry you lost your brother...please take some comfort in knowing that in Michigan recently approximatley four hundred women have lined up filing lawsuits against the state for putting male guards in places they don't belong..and as a result some women were raped and had to keep quiet as they feared retaliation..and so far only about ten women have had their cases reviewed by the high court but those ten have won overhwelming victories... and have been awarded millions of dollars each.

When the justice department of any state takes on the right to incarcerate a person..they must do so humanely and properly..and when they fail..the federal government will not stand for it.

There are STILL about 375 women left waiting to go to court in Michigan..and ALL of the ones who have so far have won their cases by a landslide...and the mistake may end up costing the state of Michigan hundreds of millions of dollars in the end.

I'm so sorry you lost some one to Nevada's cruel and harsh prison system. I have heard its one of the worst in the nation. If the high courts do not justify this..be sure Karen..God will bring Nevada to its knees. There is a God.

My prayers are for you and your family today..and for your brother.
