Ex-Boy Scout Leader Arrested on Sex Charges

Well all i know is I will never put my son in Boy Scouts, I have a cousin who said that he learned to be gay as a boy scout! Now I see why!

If you look back through their (wltx) articles you will find that what you have stated is not true, even though you wish it were. You cannot even prove it. Because if you tried you would see that you are wrong. If you can be slanted why not others? You can't have it both ways.

If this man is guilty (I personally believe he is) I hope he gets convicted and sent to jail. I also hope that this young boy will also recover(and any others who might have also been molested)

This news is terrifying as a parent of a son who will be crossing over to boyscouts soon. However, this is a reminder that parent involvement is crucial in keeping our children safe. Scouts implement the two deep leadership for a reason and all leaders need to follow these rules. It's the parents responsibility to ensure that these leaders are following scout rules because we entrust our sons with them. I will continue my support for Boyscouts because it is an organization that not only teaches leadership skills and independence in boys, but also gives them an opportunity to be volunteers and conservationists. This organization also helps boys with peer pressure and keeps them from turning to gangs. Please support your local Boyscouts.

You seem to miss the point. I am presenting a balanced view because the media will not. It just so happens to bring the balance I have to do the opposite of the media who receive lots and lots of money from organization who get the HUGH VAWA GRANTS. Instead of these organizations using the money to help people they use the money to advertise so they can get more money. It is a vicious circle and they are misleading the public.

This guy is a loser. Either he failed to take the training or did not heed it. All leaders are required to successfully complete a youth protection course. There is also a background check done at the point in time you register.

Haha, you are the moron of the day. I didn't know they had gay lessons in Boy Scouts. How come so many turn out to be straight????

Whatever happened to the good old days when you could make it all the way to Eagle Scout completely unmolestered?

You made sure to tell us he was a Scout Leader but you did not bother to tell us anything else about him. As a Scout leader it makes me sick to think another leader can use this postion to do these things. But please keep in mind most Scout Troops do good for the boys.
