East texas peddler

Has anyone else had a rude moment with the lady who owns the East Texas Peddler. I wanted to run an add two weeks ago looking for a friend/neighbor from when i lived in Nacogdoches. She insisted to know the details as to why i was looking for her. I told her i wanted to contact her to say hello. and she was absolutely snotty. and had to know more details. Well That was why i wanted to contact the lady, nothing more nothing less.

Personally I think the lady hates men. and i guess she figured i may want to stalk the lady or whatever else could go through her sexualy/emotionally deprived mind.

yes i had a run in with her online because she wouldn't put the picture i had on my add. the picture was of a ford bronco not a indecent picture or anything. she was very rude and kept sending me emails. and in the emails she would make little comments about me personaly. she does not know how to run a business and i will be glad when she goes out of business. i am using CRAIGSLIST to sell my stuff.

once i wanted to place a personal add I wanted a woman with no drug problems, or hangups. She refused to run the add she said because it had sexual implications. I told her no it doesn't I want a woman who has no hangups, such as mental issues. That would keep my next relationship suck. Finally I told her if she couldn't run the add the way i wrote it then i didn't want one at all.

Seems like almost everyone has a problem of some kind today. It's either a personality disorder, drug problem, mental problem or just a general pain in the rear. There's so much pressure on us that some people just can't cope, and their problems start to show. I moved here because of the friendly people, but it seems that the whole attitude here is changing. I don't want to live here anymore.

Yes, me too. You WILL get blacklisted for a period of time if you argue with you-know-who! Eventually, you can have your listing privileges back. Just pray for the woman.

I have had the same problem. I ran an ad and then a week or so later i decided to sell another car and so i added it to the peddler. She in return took both of my ads out of the peddler because i did not post them all together. I emailed her a picture and she emailed me back saying i did not send it to her the way she wanted it "per instructions". So i tried one more time, i posted the ad "correctly" and emailed her a picture. The picture has yet to appear on the website. I guess i am now blacklisted. Its not like i was overposting i just did not decide to sell them both at the same time. The peddler is a wonderful publication, they should just keep in mind that we are doing them a service by keeping them in business, not the other way around.

How can a black guy on disability in east tx find a room to rent for approx.$300 a month?

Yes look what she did to her Husband. The STEP-daughter has been living in HIS house rent free for 9 years and she won't get her freeloading butt out of there and he has been living where ever he can. The Peddler office is in his name and they won't even pay him rent. He has a bad heart condition that doesn't allow him to work and she can't even pay him rent!!!! If anyone knows these people they know that they are all nuts!!! From being kicked out of community meetings to being kicked out of school games. If these people knew the way the people that they think are there friends talk about them they might straighten up there act. These people are practicing muslims...I'm sure we all know what the muslim traditions are....kill or kill yourself to get the point across. I fear for my Uncle's safety. These woman have done and said things to make him look like the bad guy. He's not even in town and they are calling the police and telling them he is doing things to them!!! Whay can't they just cut there losses and be mature about the whole situation. My Uncle has given more to these girls than there own blood has given.

I agree with others about the Peddler owner, she is "whacko". I don't know how she has stayed in business as long as she has. Apparently people are sending their ads in online and bypassing her. She is probably very nice to the ones that buy ads, someone else probably handles that part of the business and they don't deal with her!

Most my adult life I have heard about the Park's name and that he was an upstanding person. Well he needs to turn over in his grave and see what his family is up to. But on the other hand you can not pick your kin. When you get in life to the point you think you are better than everyone else, you need to step back and look at your on life. When you stop to think the name on a stone is all you leave on earth.So Miss Parks and who ever her kids are you had better wake up..... life will pass you by like your father and grandfather and
you can bet Parks will mean no more now than it did 50 years ago, well maybe less...

The Mans 92 year old father was such A NICE MAN.We miss him--He and the father gave us great service , we were really satisfied.MUSLINS will not be welcomed IN EAST TX--She might want to consider moving to Houston !!!

does anyone know if i have to pay for an ad that is looking for a small old plastic pool for my duck and geese?

The Peddler is ran by a bunch of freakin' idiots who thrive on bringing misery to everyone they come into contact with.
