In Texas and every other state, when you don't pay your mortgage payments, foreclosure is the end result. What do you people expect? Maybe you should have traded down the Mercedes to pay your house payments until you got your house sold to down size and live within your means.

I was deeply disturbed this past summer when I saw that the children were standing outside in the heat in front of the bank. That was unconsionable.
