Man finds mutilated puppies, gets attacked

On Monday, March 19, at around 7:29 p.m., the Ludowici Police Department was called to investigate a report of a man lying on North Railroad Street, near Azalea Street. via WSAV

I know who this "so called victim" is. This man has probably left out information. He has caused more problems in the Ludowici community than there is time to speak of. Even if he did find these puppies I am sure he wasn't attacked out of the blue, his mouth runs way too much and frankly if he left town tomorrow it would be a better communtiy.
So please don't feel sorry for him, I am sure he probably egged in on.. He is well know for throwing out threats and causing trouble.
As far as the mutilated puppies, whoever did this deserves a far worse fate. I do hope they get what they deserve.
