The recent rash of gang shootings in Big Spring turned deadly Sunday night, as a pair of Big Spring residents - and an unborn child - were killed in a shooting in the 900 block of E. 16th Street. via Big Spring Herald

I only heard about this story through my sister who lives in Big Spring and it just appalls me how some have lost all respect for life. Will we wonder who this tiny being would have been, his or her features, their voice, their hair color, what they could have contributed to society? Have some stopped caring altogether?

The school called mostly all of the parents to go and pick there childern up. Has anyone else heard about this??
