I think it's dumb that they're going thru all that trouble.... In my opinion I would not like to go into a restaraunt and see 2 men kissing that's just discussing. As it is I think it is very disrespectful when I see a straight couple making out, of course I'm going to think 2 men kissing or 2 woman is gross!!! God made man and woman for a reason... and that's how it should remain!!!!

Fred , I think that is only part of it . I do believe that the Homo's also want to call attention to their gay life style . I can only hope that the courts throw it out before it even starts . These men want puplicity and mucha mula to go with this phony law suit in which they'll probably get away with it.
If they win all of El Paso loses because then next thing they'll start demanding that gay education be taught in public schools.

No public expression of affection. No right to marriage. Allowed to serve in the military under special rules of total silence. Regular excoriation in speeches by ministers, religious organizations and biased political laws. Discrimination in hiring, promotion, job placement and no job security. I get it now, GAYS have only one important function in our society, to perpetuate "Jim Crow" laws on the books so they can be used against the next target group that falls out of favor. Why don't businesses just put up signs that say "No GAYS SERVED HERE"; then all the fagots and their friends can go somewhere else besides El Paso to spend their money, I know I will.

No body was hurt no one was injured, just some simple verble exchanges two men kissing in public view and now these men demand monetary damages, actually it's the sharks they hired that want money and they want publicity, this is nothing more than a scheme and whom ever judge presiding in this matter should throw this case out the window and give those kissers 250 hours of community service, nice try.
