Seems to me while the previous winter was more severe this one really caught Milladore with their pants down. I pass the intersection where the milk truck rolled at least twice every day and the black ice along their paved roads is the worst this year of any of the surrounding townships. Lucky that no one was killed. Last year more snow and ice day in day out but they were right on it. Did they sell off all their snow equipment?
