120 more Idaho inmates sent out of state

Hey! Whatever you do don't let any of these bad guys out! They might get jobs and pay taxes or go to school. Keep them all in there so we can justify building more prisons! Olivia Craven is the devil!!!!!!!!!!

I'm from California. Lived here all my life (64 years). Down here in California you can drive down the road and see a State Prison every couple of miles. In the cities (large, small and medium sized) there is a half-way house for parolees in every neighborhood. Take my word for it.....these assholes are bad abadabas and need to be locked up for life where they can be watched. Every minute of their lives spent outside the prison walls is dedicated to rape, robbery, murder and mayhem. None of these dudes is interested in doing anything else. You could not give these guys a free college education. They don't want it. They are too far gone into the criminal lifestyle they are comfortable with. If they wanted to be taxpaying, productive citizens they would have gone to grammar school and high school every morning like their mommas told them to.

Yeah? Well in Idaho they lock people up for a minimum sentence of at least one year for just about anything you can think of AND they don't have "good time". If you are convicted in this state, you are at the mercy of the parole board. Olivia Craven is power drunk and enjoys her position on the board. I've seen guys that are in for relatively minor offenses get into a fight and be denied their chance at parole even if someone else caused the fight and the guy was only defending himself. I've been in that same predicament myself. I did 5 years in the state pen for possession of less than 1/4 gram of methamphetamine. It helped me in the long run but it was a little excessive.

Five years for a quarter gram....Wow! Down here in California you might get five years in the joint if you're caught with a quarter trainload of crank. A quarter gram is automatic probation. Unless of course your criminal history looks like shit. Then you might get 30 days local time. Nobody goes to the joint here for only a quarter gram of crank.

They don't play here. You might get lucky once but then if you refuse to give up your source(s) they show no mercy. That's why I got five years and a lady I know that got popped with 3 lbs. did 90 days and then walked. They call it the "tell on three, go free" game.

do we also like how the state is not willing to actually build a prison to house these oversentenced prisoners. They say it takes too much time, but if they hadn't been putting it off for 4-5 years they would already have it built.

Do the crime do the time.But on the other hand, build rehabs not prisons. Rapers, child touchers and murders should be shipped to Texas where they take the death penalty seriously. We should be more like texas!!!!

I am with you on that one Robyn.I am so sick of criminals.They have more rights than the law abiding.They are where they are by choice,let's not feel sorry for them,pamper them .make them work for their stay and total reimbursement for the victims .It is time our legal systems realize and implement You do the crime,you do the time!

I agree with you on most of your points, like 'do the crime, do the time', but I know a lot of people that say, "I'm so sick of criminals", that are breaking the law every day. In Indiana, bathing is prohibited during the winter (gross). Snoring is prohibited unless all bedroom windows are closed and securely locked in Massachusetts. Also, in Massachusetts, mourners at a wake may not eat more than three sandwiches. You're sick of criminals? I'm pretty sure you're a criminal and don't even know it, so be careful how you generalize. You may end up being sick of yourself.

I think most of us are talking about drug users and sellers,child molesters,pedophiles,rapists,b ank robbers,thieves and murderers.I am sure there are alot of laws many people are unknowing guilty of.

I'm from Boise. You know what "I'm so sick of"? I'm sick of the g-d mormons coming to Idaho bringing their twisted cult rules with them. They are the ones that should be locked away. I am angered because I know of so many of my family and friends that have gotten seriously injured or killed by people driving under the influence of drugs and or alcohol or talking on their cell phone.The people that did this showed little or NO remorse and it was "It was not my fault.I was drunk or high and it was an accident.It was meant to be or it would not have happened" Well it happened and these people are gone forver or crippled or paralyzed. Their families are destroyed and left without their loved ones.Sorry just does not cut it for me.As for the mormon part,I do know some mormon friends and they are just like everyone else.By the way one morman woman I know married a non mormon and HE molested her children,showed them porn.They were physically,verbally and emotionally and sexually abused by this man.I personally do not know of any mormons that have murdered,abused anyone or killed or injured anyone while on drugs and or alcohol.Let's put the blame where it needs to be with those involved in drugs,alchol,whether using a cell phone, etc whether they are white,black,asian or whatever nationality,whether they are mormon,christian,athiest or whatever religion ,you do the crime ,you do the time.There are criminals in every religion and every color or nationality.

It is sick. She is so power drunk that it makes me want to puke. I've met her. She's the devil. If people only knew the corruption in the DOC there would be lynchings. Okay, that's a little extreme, but seriously, if you give someone that kind of power and then get some smart mouthed little punk in their hearing pissing the board off, it's just too bad for anyone after that little bastard.
