AK started working on this building just before the last election - stopped after he was elected, and probably will start again in the next few months and stop again in november. does anybody notice these things?

Here's an unofficial update on most of the listed properties from a city buildings enthusiast.
169 Bridge St(MASS MILLS III) Had a small fire the other day, If it has a serious fire both other Mass Mills buildings are in serious danger as #III is almost completely inaccessible
21 Payne ST Collapse hazard from previous fire damage/ heavy water damage
222 Varnum Ave believe this is the barn/carraige house
16 Hogue Terr is a driveway off 63 Smith ST can barely be seen from Westford or Smith ST, Owner Died house was condemned
18 Rogers St corner of Merrill Ave bldg has a pronounced lean to it and a collapsing foundation
Will probably be in Rogers st someday
30 Fulton St just went by here today doesn't seem to be anything wrong with this place, looks newly renovated and for sale
339 W 6th st, had a major fire last summer, appears repairs are almost complete. I forget the management company name but they have done over several buildings on the block nicely
360 Pawtucket St/corner of School ST Looks like it was a nice house at one time but has obvious structural decay. Currently surrounded by fencing but don't know if it will be repaired or torn down
503 Market St has been written about previously. Let me just add that I Heard there was some issues with the historic board because originally these were both going to be torn down. As I understand it AK had to fight to tear down the wood frame dump next door and was only allowed to if he fixed the brick Bldg
684 Westford ST is the carraige house/barn in the rear, must have some structural issues. not unlike most
189 Cumberland Rd was completely gutted out and left. Currently boarded up and unknown if any further repairs were done.
484 Merrimack St former Royal Theater major collapse has already taken place in the theater due to decades of neglect. in danger of complete collapse of the theater portion. Front rooming house section seems structurally sound but has been empty for many years
500 Moody St was added because it was completely gutted out. currently under heavy renovation. Just saw the plans for the 2 dumps next door. probably the 2 worst houses in the city. they'll be coming down for a nice new bldg
There are many other properties that should be on the list as well, Just drive around and you'll see them

You have done a fantastic amount of research. It sounds like most of these building need to be taken down before someone gets seriously hurt. What other properties would you place on the list? And I knowq the Historic Board wants to preserve as much as they can - but I wondr if sometimes something is so far gone it can't be saved.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Leo

This is one of those days when money slips through your fingers in no time at all unless you're very vigilant about your spending habits. Unfortunately, it will be difficult to stop yourself splashing out whenever the fancy takes you, whether or not you can afford it. You're especially drawn to tempting little treats and luxurious indulgences.
