I don't care about his rights. He did something wrong to be there in the frist place, as they say do the crime do the time~. Also Billerica house is a country club or club med. If you go to any other jails you can not have a visit with your family like you can at Billica house. Its an open room with ONE police officer in there for 15 inmates. I actually know this idiot...Hes been in jail most of his life. Starting with Stabbing a teenager at a football game and ending with 20 years for dealing drugs. Always whining about being a minority, and the white man keepin him down. Whatever! Enjoy your time Pico you deserve every second and then some!

The Inmate didn't mide the cavity search, The guards watch scratched the inmates shoulders!

I read all the comments and I must tell you....if you break the law then you must obey the rules of the prison. I work as a corrections officer in a State Prison NOT the county where this happened, but I'm sure my counterparts at the Sheriffs dept had reason to do the search. This inmate had a long history....! I must disagree with one of the comments that stated that 100% of ALL drugs that come into the prison are from staff, NO they do not!!! It comes in from visitors....! You as taxpayers ALLOW .....yes ALLOW these inmates to have all these rights by letting your state reps and politicians to have RIGHTS! This state needs to be harder on inmates but this is a very liberal state......Good luck to all!

who's thinks like this!!! Half of the inmate population is there for charges most of us do at least once in our life. Drinking and driving, missing a payment, smoke pot, and getting into a fight. We should be putting fingers up any one butt for smoking a little pot. Or your grandma gets caught drinking and now has some one hand raping her. Most convicts aren't there for bad crimes and all of you who think inmates don't don't need rights should be locked up yourselves. Inmate # 42017 would make you my bitch.=)
