It's finally open? That's great, I think it's been about 2-3 years in the making!

(Maybe not the same company, but a BBQ restaurant at that location)

No, I can't remember the name of the place (Evo's Arts???), but it's on the other side next to Fortunato's (sp?).

A friend went and had chicken . He said it was dry. The service wwas one star. He said that he will try it next month. If he is not pleased it will be off his radar. They payed 1.2 million dollors to fix it up with no parking in downtown Lowell. I would like to know if the city gave them some money or gave them a tax break.

Is this the same Village Smokehouse that was in Brookline Village a couple of years ago? They were good. It's easy to park in the garage across from the Shamrock and walk over to Middle Street.

I'd like to see the NewBridge Cafe open a place in Downtown Lowell. Maybe the new building on Middlesex st? Hint! LOL Great steak tips!

Are you referring to the Newbridge in Chelsea?

Yes. There was one off exit 7W in Nashua for a while. They had great steak tips. The only tips I can compare to them are the ones I get at Butcher Boy and cook on the grill myself. LOL Really good salads as well.

Yes it's the same and the original one is still in Brookline Village.

I went with a group of friends over the weekend and the food and appetizers were excellent...

...the service was a little lacking however in terms of time, but that's usually the case when places first open...it wasn't enough to discourage me from going again however.

The only bad thing is that they're not open for lunch, at least not during the week...

Uneducated losers? That's laughable, given your obvious grammatical gifts.

Remain where you are...if you come into Lowell, you will lower the average IQ markedly.

There are a lot of educated Americans that don't smoke dope, and take pride in what they do in Lowell. You just keep thinking like that and the people you despise will push you right into the Atlantic.
