The cracker place was like a huge Garage. Right? sla: Yes, it was like a huge garage! I'm surprised I remember that place, we were very young back then. Thanks :-) Mike

sla wrote: Mike. The Church you were talking about is still there. Corner of Fletcher and Bowers st. You said you were in Lowell in 2005, How long were you here for? Do you still have relatives here? sla: Was only up there for five days. Had to prepare/deliver a speech for a group (I HATE giving speeches!). Took advantage of the time to look around and take pics, of course. Hoping to get back up there, but not sure when ... sooner rather than later. Still have few relatives there. You lived just a very short distance from the house we lived at on Fletcher. It was a greenish type place, but was just an empty lot when I was up there in 2005. Kind of wondered if a fire wiped it out? Was about halfway from that church and the funeral home at the corner of Fletcher and Pawtucket Street (I think it's Pawtucket :-) Mike

That's back when the doctors made house calls.

I remember when docter Pouliot made house call. His office was on Race st. That street was next to the fire house on Merrimack st. Across from the Loconia bar.

"Mass. family sues over 'under God' in pledge" Above taken from the Sun On-line. This is an example that people will do anything for money or attention. While these people have a right to their beliefs, other people have a right to their beliefs as well, so if the majority of people choose to believe in God these people have no right to demand or sue in this case that it is wrong and their case should be thrown out of court faster than you can say billie bumbum. The real losers in this situation in my opinion are the children, they should be given the opportunity to learn about Christianity before denouncing it.

They have no problem with that do they. Screw them.

I never saw anyone I knew listed. It also gave the names and addresses of the hookers too, talk about free advertising.....
