Espresso pizza is THE best pizza in the greater Lowell area. Good luck to Tony and Ann's.

Why put Tony's and Ann's in Dracut?? Dracut is out of the way for many people. It should go next to highways to make it easily for everyone. The Lowell_Tewksbury line near the 495 highway.

I am so excited. Tony and anne's pizza is BEST! Yes I eat Lisa's pizza to satisfy my craving but it will not compare to having the "real" thing back.

There will now be four generations of my family who will be fans of Tony and Ann's pizza. When we heard the news yesterday, we were all on the phone with the entire extended family, jumping up and down. Thank you!!!

QUOTE who="Anonymous"Just what we need, ANOTHER gross pizza joint. Let's open a few more Dunkin Donuts too. Maybe we can set the record for the most Pizza and Donut shops per square mile!

t-a-pizza wrote: <quoted text> Not quite sure what you are implying here. Why do YOU think we are coming back? We have checked for locations in Chelmsford, Lowell, Billerica and Tewksbury. Methuen as well as Tyngsboro. There we a slew of factors in why certain spots did not work out for us. It just happened that in this latest round of attempts to open, we drove past this location. We liked the location. We liked what the site has to offer, and we moved forward with it. Aside from the desire to open, we hear and see comments from the general public. This was in various public forums. Topix, From our own message board, which I had to shut down as well as a Facebook page w/ over 400 members. The majority of which is positive. This obviously had an impact on our plans to reopen. When you consider questions like have we been gone too long and similar items like that. Our grandparents have a legacy that we would like to continue. There still appears to be a strong demand for Tony and Ann's Pizza or anything that can come close (Lisa Pizza). The timing is right. The location is right. We just need to get approval from the planning board. 7.8.2009 @ 7:15. Thank you. Good Luck! Hope it works out... looking forward to reliving a T&A experience.

my family grew up with your Grandfather and as a child my Mom would bring us there all the time for Pizza'and we loved to see the horses that use to be in the field behind the building. as I grew up I also brought my son there to. and I just wish you all the best and I know me and my family will be there a lot. I only hope that if you do close in the winter that you still make the frozen pizzas to go so I can stock up just like old times. hope to see you soon.

How can you recreate the original pizza when the only company that made your type of cheese closed 6 years ago? I worked for the company that you used to buy the cheese from and I remember that we tried hard to find you a similar cheese when they said that they were going to stop making it - but no one made the same type of cheese. Both Lamberts and Shaheen spent months trying to find a similar cheese but you were the last company buying it practically - so they stopped making it and then closed down....
