About the George Edgerly case when he murdered his wife, Elizabeth. First her torso was found in the river,then eventually arms and legs. But if memory serves me they never found her head. He passed a lie detector test and they weren't able to prove he did it so he got away with it. Because of double jeopardy there was nothing the authorities could do after it was a known fact that he admitted to others that he did it, but he never would say what he did to her head. Well, many years later when he was a mechanic at a Lowell car dealership(either Halliseys or Bournivals) he murdered a GM insurance investigator who came to the dealership to investigate bogus claims for repairs,etc. that Edgerly was involved in. There was an eyewitness that Edgerly had kidnapped just before the witness was to testify at the murder trial who managed to get away and did testify against Edgerly which the sob wasn't going to get away with this time. He was sent to prison. Then ironically in the late '70's Edgerly's daughter from his marriage to murdered wife whose name was also Elizabeth after her murdered mother was also murdered
by her much older boyfriend Tavoularis (co-owner of that scum bucket bar the "Laconia" in Lowell). She was just 25 at the time and she was cheating on him with a guy closer to her age. Tavoularis had bought her a house,etc. and she had this guy there in the home cheating on Tavoulares. He caught them, but luckily the young guy got out of there with his life. Elizabeth wasn't so lucky. Tavoulares murdered her and sexually mutilated her body. I heard he went to the same prison Edgerly was in. I think Tavoulares eventually was released after serving some time. I think Edgerly died in prison but I'm not sure. Does anyone remember any of this and if so what is going on with Tavoulares and G.Edgerly? Dead or what? If they are I hope they're both in hell now and at each other's throats.
