Don't forget, these are the same Liberal morons that voted for Obama after getting their information from SNL. They still think that Palin said that you can see Russia from her House. She actually said from Alaska, not her "porch." They still believe the lie about Palin saying that Africa is a Country and alot of them still believe it today. But they don't believe that Obama thinks that there are 57 states even though there are videos of it all over the place. They are easily blandished by the rhetoric that they want to believe, even if it comes from a comedy show. They see and hear only what they want to believe. They have no tolerance for the truth or anyhting that resembles it.
Being "Left" intrinsically means that you are not "Right"
Sigh. Another right-wingnut crybaby.

The President can't make the decision to go to war without Congress. Nor can Congress do it without The President. Declarations of War are made by "CONGRESS" which makes the rules for the military.
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Unfortunately, Glock must not have ever heard of the War Powers Act of 1973 or the Supreme Court cases interpreting it. Shocking!

Actually, I did and the United States didn't need to use any of this when we went to war in Iraq. They didn't have to. Democrats and Republicans alike agreed that it was the right thing to do, not GWB alone. This can be proven by the fact that we have been there for more than 60 days. Also, by the fact that war was declared. The President can't declare war without a signed Declaration of War from Congress. He can send troops into action without Congress IF we are under attack. But, he must notify Congress within 2 days of doing so.

How on Earth would you know that a little knowledge is a Dangerous thing? You don't even have a little. Oh, you must have heard that on SNL or the Colbert Report where you get the rest of your information.

Looks like Glock hit up Wikipedia really fast to get an overview of the War Powers Act. Unfortunately, he did not bother to research the fact that there was never a declaration of war against Iraq.

Oh, and good comeback on the knowledge thing. Really funny. Ha. Ha, ha. Ha. Oh, you are a card! Did you think of that yourself?! Wow.

1. After they were lied to by the Bush/Cheney team.
2. War was NOT declared by Congress.

I didn't hit up Wikipedia for info on the War Powers Act of 1973. That is pretty common knowledge and basic stuff. You are correct about the Declaration of War, we don't have one against Iraq, I was unaware of that. However, the engagement known as the Iraq War or Operation Iraqi Freedom is authorized by Congress. Therefore, GWB is not alone, he is not the single person that agreed that we needed to be at war. Not only that, your Democrat Prophets made statements to the fact that Iraq had WMD and that we needed to go in and take care of it:

So, if Bush was lying, so weren't these Democrats.

We know you want Bush to be the master of the universe but stop watching He-man cartoons and join reality. You might have some good viewpoints if you stop and think for a minute. Not!

Come in from your porch, Cuba is getting suspicious of you looking at them from there.

I really love the way that you can't refute it so you spew your BS. The fact of the matter is that the flip-flopping Democrats were gung-ho to go into Iraq. Now that they think that they could lose a vote, they change their minds and try to blame it on GWB like he's a 1 man show. They know that there are idiots out there that have no idea how to look this stuff up. So, they lie about and the Sheep like you believe them.

When did I ever say that I like George Bush? That is an ASSumption on your part.

You're just ticked off because I am right about the Democrats being Gung-Ho about going to war with Iraq and you are trying to re-focus the negativity to Bush again. He is far from a perfect President. In fact, a Perfect President has never existed and never will. However, you bleeding heart Liberals insist that no one of your type would have supported the war and that they don't support it. My links prove otherwise. The videos don't lie. When the Public opinion toward the war was favorable, your sheep followed that course. Now that they could lose some votes, they flip-flop and all of a sudden they don't support it. I will say that Republicans stayed the course regardless. Diligence wins wars, Complaceny gets you killed. They were diligent instead of complacent like the Libocrats are.

So, you continue to spew your insults. I am not offended. My facts speak for themself and your rhetoric shows your inability to be intellectual. Your apparent lack of intellect only serves to discredit you.

What i don't get is that people actually trust these politicians to do the right thing.
They are all scum. Speaking out is the most patriotic thing a person can do. That is why freedom of speech came first in the bill of rights. If you don't like what they do, speak out! If they abuse their power, the second amendment is not too far behind!

All you have to do is look at tonights news. It should say "A country for sale to the highest bidder", or the person with the most money. The current political situation in Chicago is totally reniniscent of ancient Rome in its final days. CCCCHHHAAANnnGGGEEE!

You have several spelling mistakes in your post but anyway. Do you think things were different under Emperor Julius Bushius?

Sorry, I already asked that question many times. No one has an answer. I guess that we'll have to make one up like the Democrats do.

Barry Obama's name?
Barack Hussein Obama's Religion?
Barack Obama's mind?
Maybe, Obamas statement on the Russian invasion of Georgia?

Oh sorry, all of these have already been changed at least once. My guess would be that nothing will change now until it's time for the next election. We'll have to wait to see what will get the most votes when that time comes in order to know what will change though.

Maybe we should use Obama's actions to try to figure it out then.

Voted with his party 97% of the time as a Senator. That won't change anything.

Appointing Clinton Cronies to his Cabinet. That won't work either, that will only take out the old and put in the older.

Oh! Forget it! Nothing's going to change....

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Libra

It's one of those difficult days when anything can and will happen. Someone you were relying on might let you down, plans could be changed at the eleventh hour or a machine could go on the blink. To make matters worse, your energy levels are very erratic, so you feel full of beans one minute and ready to go to sleep the next. Don't make the situation worse by eating foods that give you a high followed by a slump.
