Innocent people don't get suspended from school for dope and later attack an adult at night beating him to the point of two black eyes, bashed in back of the head and a broken nose. Innocent people just don't do that--criminals do.<quoted text>
You must be a moron if you think you could hit a cop and plead down. The reason Zimmerman was allowed to is bc of his father. There was no need for him to point that information out about his dad on his police academy application. He did so as a "wink wink". His dad is a retired Supreme Court magistrate, not your local yocal juvenile court judge. The guy has a history of trouble and getting out of it. He stepped into this on his own will. He murdered an innocent person. How you can justify that is crazy.
And what trouble did Zimmerman's father ever get him out of? Where is your proof of this please? I never said he hit a cop, I said he pushed the cop while highly intoxicated.
In many state court systems in the United States, magistrate courts are the successor to Justice of the Peace courts, and frequently have authority to handle the trials of civil cases up to a certain dollar amount at issue, applications for bail, arrest and search warrants, and the adjudication of petty or misdemeanor criminal offenses.
