What's up with our JP Bobby Nichols?

Judge Nicholds is a good man.Everyone has problems and they don't need crap starters stirring up mess. Let him take care of his own business and you mind your own.

everyone's skeletons eventually come out. all i will say is there are alot of hurt people by his actions. constitution dude, everyone makes mistakes, and he has fooled alot of people for a long time. he has portayed himself one way, and acted another! you are right he needs to find his way back to who he was, and quit playing the victim. he needs to stand up like a man for his own actions instead of being a coward, and take care of his buisness! we do not need him back in office. i truly hope someone will step up and get him out! the people in office around here should be held accountable for their actions! i pray that he finds his way back. alot of money has come up missing out of his office, and maybe, just maybe if he would have been taking care of his buisness this wouldn't have happened.

Dear all those who think you can do a better job, step up to the plate and throw your name in the ring. Who are you to make it seem that money missing was his own fault? Did it ever occur to you that maybe the clerk took it and now wants to make sure every one in town thinks it was in fact the JP. Give me a break!
Mr. Nichols is a pillar of this community, not to mention that he is or was a business owner and contributed to the local economy more than many as you take the business to other areas. Driving to Wal Mart in Huntsville does nothing for this area!

Want to discuss his faith? A man that loves god and has the understanding of family values regardless of the assumed ignorance of a few.

Let's discuss the real reason no one like him and why he has on many occasions refused pay offs and side bar politics !

I didn't read the comment by my o my as implying Judge Nichols of any fault other than He was/is responsible for his office. The buck stops with him. No one is questioning what Mr. Nichols has contributed to his community. But when people loose site of their responsibilities in there job then it is time to move on. That is true for any of us. But some elected officials seem to beleive once they are in office they can continue to self destruct and then don't understand why the people question there positions. This community Deserves better. It is time people step up or if you can't do right and handle business Step aside. It is sad the stigma that Trinity carrys in other counties. This is a special little community and could be so much better. Personal opinions need to be set aside. As far as Walmart and shopping in other communities, very true. But the officials of Trinity seem to have refused to persue growth. When the city officials do what is best for the community and bring growth in then the people will not have to go to Huntsville or other areas for there needs. Faith and Family, sounds like you are on a personal level. JP County office is not personal it is the tax payers concerns. So everyone has and is entitled to their opinions. So don't take it personal, I pay taxes and I don't like whats going on. Maybe Trinity County is ready to do better...

You must be one of the people that he fined for doing wrong...I have known Judge Nicholds for many years and personally seen him go out of his way to help many. He is one of the few honest people that are in public office. He is also a man who hasn't tried to fool anyone...he is who he is. Lets see you get into office and see what skeletons you have hanging ! You are a hypocrit and a liar by what you have said and spread. His actions are his family and his business period so shut up.

I do notice that you can't find a place to park, and there is usually a crowd out on the sidewalk smoking.
