I am looking for Rodney Shackelford. He is in his fifties and lives somewhere in knoxville. If anyone knows him i would like to get in touch with him. I have been looking for him for about a yr I have not seen him in 27 yrs.

I know, right? If you really wanted to find someone, why on Earth would you look for information on a forum that has, at best, three hundred people see it?
