My heart goes out to the family and friends of these young men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.....

If Bill Maher goes around professing that the only reason Bush went to war was to make his buddies rich then why are we still there?

Oh, that's right just another lie by Obama. I think we should prosecute this administration for war crimes too. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

Bring home our troops!!

There is no debt to repay. Soldiers serve understanding that their lives might be sacrificed. It's up to us to ensure that our leaders make the right decisions when it comes to that sacrifice.

To the families of these two American heros: I have no words to ease your family's sorrow. A stranger's gratitude may seem hollow, but I truly appreciate the service and sacrifice of Spc. Dowall and Spc. Winkleman. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

At least they didn't die in vain. Oh wait, thats exactly what happened. This has nothing to do with protecting freedom. We are occupying both Iraq and Afghanistan. They dont want us there and we don't want to be there. How many more have to die before the US owns up to this massive mistake and withdraws forces? Always remember, for every 1 US soldier killed about 50 Afghans die. This is an awful situation and there is nothing honorable about it. Why don't you guys stop with all these bumper sticker phrases about what heroes these men are and actually do something to bring them home? Write your congressman/president/everyone you know and demand an end to this mindless conflict.

Oh, I do and I did show respect. I also served my time in the Corps and in the sand so I will say what the F*&% I want.

Don't be so simple "Proud to be American" I didn't say I agreed with these fools running around claiming that we are committing war crimes, but if the left want to play that game then lets play it....

Did you not see that my title was "God bless our troops"?

Mark, they died in vain? If I remember correctly, nearly 20 terrorists trained in and based out of Afghanistan attacked our country eight years ago. It is an awful situation, but a necessary one. To keep not only the U.S. safe, but the world.

I, for one, am humbly honored to salute the same flag these men will be buried with.

Corps + griping about "The Left" = Republican. Of course he's a bush lover.

Choosing EITHER side only makes you a sucker to what government wants out of us all....obedience.

Your really stupid Glen. Jesus Christ. Your too far gone at this point. Continue to buy bumper stickers and support the killing of innocent life that is the US military. Seriously, just keep supporting it. Men living out of caves are a legitimate threat to the United States, the most powerful military to ever grace the planet. Israel is a good thing too. Keep it up Glen, I can tell your a smart guy.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Sagittarius

Once again, your nerves are getting the better of you. There will be some fraught moments unless you can control your temper and not get drawn into verbal fisticuffs at the drop of a paper hat. It won't help if a partner is feeling neglected as that will give you something else to worry about. You need to relax and start enjoying yourself!
