Dear Rhiannon There aren't words to convey our shock and deep sadness when we read of this tragedy. I knew Donna and Craig many years ago as co-workers and those of us that still work here and knew them want to express our sincere condolences to all of Donna's and Craig's families. If any plans include a service that may include non-family members, info would be appreciated.

Rhiannon wrote: Craig & Donna are my Aunt & Uncle & they will be greatly missed. My aunt was one-of-a-kind! She had the ability to brighten a dark room & just being in her presence brought me joy. My Uncle was a loving, caring, kind man, devoted to my Aunt. I can't even begin to comprehend how or why this happened, but my world is forever changed. My Uncle took a piece of me with him when he decided to take my Aunt's life. My family & I are deeply saddened & in a state of shock. My Aunt was funny & full of life. She found humor in some of the most ridiculous things & I am going to miss her. She was beautiful, she had a contagious laugh & she loved her friends & family with all her heart. I love you Miss Donna! You have been like a mother to me & you have made a difference in my life. Thank you for being there for me through it all. I will think of you always & remember you forever. I love you. I cannot begin to tell you how much your Aunt will be missed, she was family to us, and her life was taken entirely too soon. It is so difficult to sit here at work and know that she with no longer be there to make us laugh, or to be the shoulder that we needed to cry on. We loved her and will honor her memory always. The circumstances of her death were horrible, but we should not be so quick to judge, as none of us had ever walked a day in their shoes, we are left here now, not to carry hatred and negative feelings, but to remember all of the good memories and smiles they once gave us. You will remain in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you find the strength to carry on through this difficult time. God Bless

My husband and I are neighbors. I did not know them personally but my husband had spoken to Craig on many occasions. On Sunday before they were discovered my husband had spoken to Craig and he seemed pretty upset about losing his job. My husband tried to tell him not to worry and to try and enjoy his time off. Little did he know that this would happen. I'm so sorry for the family who now how to deal with this tragic lose.

I just want to thank everyone for your thoughts, prayers & condolences. My aunt Donna & uncle Craig touched my life in such a way that without them, I would not be the person I am today; but it's comforting in a way to hear how they touched the lives of all who are sharing. I read these posts & it makes me cry because I miss them so much & would give anything to have them back, but I see that you, her friends & co-workers are hurting too. I am sorry for the loss you feel as well. As soon as we know, I will post the info on their funeral for those of you who would like to pay your respects. Thank you for keeping this blog going, it keeps their memory alive.

I knew Donna through Rhiannon, who is like a daughter to me. Donna was a funny, sweet, kind wonderful person whose life was cut short. As one person wrote in a blog, let us be careful not to judge and be angry with the way it happened. From what I understand about Donna and Craig, they had this beautiful relationship and they truly loved each other. We live in tough times, let us just show love to one another and help each other get through whatever tough times come their way. Donna would have wanted us all to remember her and Craig with love and touch someone else's life the way that she would have touched someones life.

Rhiannon, I miss your aunt so much! I miss our discussion about what Candice did on hgtv or what Summer did on design on a dime. We promised each other that if we won the lottery we would fly Candice in and makeover one of our rooms. It's hard to watch tv and think I can't talk to her anymore. But I will always think of her with found memory. I miss you Donna! RIP JM

Larry wrote: Well, either way, I wouldn't rush to judgement on this. Life, as you know, is crazy and very unfair. Just look around you. We have a 13% unemployment rate, we have the highest tax rates in the country, the union and government workers getting bloated salaries and pensions for doing basically nothing to improve our own infrastracture and they could retire early,... I could go on and on. We were never asked to suffer this way, never. Maybe the couple's house was about to be foreclosed on or that their savings were blown away by the greedy Wall Street executives or both, who knows. Now I don't wanna hear statements like "Suicide, a permanent solution to a temporary problem" or "Suicide has no salvation in God's Kingdom" or what have you. I don't wanna hear that crap. I want someone to step forward from "Profiles of Courage" and rescue us. For your info this was my cousin the female and no their house was not foreclosing.

Just in case you are unaware of this I wanted to let you know...there are more than a hand full of people in this world that don't believe in Jesus. Leave that stuff for Sunday pal! You know, it still does not justify murder!!! This female was my cousin, I know she didn't want to be killed...

It's sad, tragic, some family has lost two loved members. We should not rush to judgement on so little information.(and even then, it's not our place to judge) Thank you very much, you are right, My cousin was the victim female. I know she did not want to be murdered no matter what circumstances they had.

I am so glad that Donna touched everyone's lives where ever she went. She was just like her mother Renee. Very loving and didn't criticize others. She was my cousin and came to visit me during times that I too was having a hard and difficult time dealing with one of my twins who has had 21 head surgeries. Just when I was exhausted with no fight left in me for my daughter, Donna was there to pick me up and help me get back on track. My daughter is now 7 and playing along side her twin brother. If anything, she is actually more stronger mentally than anybody. We love you too Donna, always.

I was their neighbor for over a decade and saw some of their day to day interaction with each other. It's somewhat different than that portrayed here. In death it's common to raise one to sainthood or vilify another but I think we should be careful in that.
