April 14 Reseda assault is a homicide

GOD bless the victim of this horrendous crime, and to the 'punk ass bitch' that committed this act of cowardice; I hope that you rot in hell! How is it that you could 'sucker punch',someone knowing that, it would result in some type of injury, to this poor older gentleman? What would you do if someone had done this to your father, mother, sister or brother.. or even your own child? You are lower than dirt; you worthless piece of s**t!

Now that doesn't make any kind of sense. I don't believe that being an illegal alien has anything to do with it. People act as if illegal immigrants are the primary reason why we have crime. Crime exists for the most part wherever there is ignorance. This by far was an ignorant person to do such a thing. Instead of offering kindness or better yet just leaving the man alone, he went and committed a crime. Only God has the power to take a man's life away!

It wasnt here until about 20 years ago when the flood gates from mexico opened up. This was a peaceful place to live. Now its full of MEXICAN gangs. This happened to my brother several years ago in Los Angeles. My brother was sitting at a taco stand, and he was punched in the side of the face for no reason by a young hispanic. The guy who sucker punched my brother wasn't alone. He had THREE other guys with him. To the surprise of the gang banger punks, my brother (who stands 6'3) got up and kicked the shit out of all of them. The police were there in less than four minutes, so my brother suffered nothing more than broken glasses and a bruise on his face. Anyone...I mean ANYONE, that sucker punches someone is WEAK and spineless. I hope they find the piece of crap that did this to this poor man, and he gets nailed over, and over again in prison by some great big dude named Harley. :) Piece of lowlife trash....I hope you rot in hell. PS....the guys that did this to my brother were HISPANIC gang members.

Stories such as this one makes me wonder when the criminal Hispanic 'illegal aliens' demand their rights. In turn, I want to ask them this question. How about the rights of all the U.S. citizens whom they hurted?

To really get rid of illegal aliens, please contact write, e-mail, fax or phone your government officials and tell them to vote for or discharge "The S.A.V.E. Act" (The Secure America Through Verification and Enforcement Act - bill H.R. 4088). In states like Arizona and Oklahoma where this has been voted in, illegals are leaving the state and country big time, because they can no longer find work. DON'T JUST COMPLAIN TO EACH OTHER. DO SOMETHING.

In my neighborhood transients make homes in the bus stops that have those shelters. They use them as bedroom and bathroom and people waiting for the bus can't stand to be in them. Not to say killing them is the answer but maybe the man was just mad about that. Better that the city and county get together with churches and other community groups to address the problem.

I think it came more after the sensation bum fights got on youtube. It became a thing to do for many teens/young adults. People thought it was funny to hit somebody who aleady is at a very low point in thier life. Many on the streets are not homeless by choice, but because they have mental disabilities. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't want them setting up camp in my nieghborhood, but unless we find a way to help those that are mentaly distrubed this type of thing will keep happening.

I feel so bad for the victim of this heinous crime. That a man "down on his luck" and all but shut out of society has to suffer, and die from this kind of crime shows us all that the "milk of human kindness" has all but dried up. My only consolation is found in the Book Of Galatians...Whatsoever a man soeth, that shall he also reap. I feel sorry for the young thug. He WILL reap in due season, what he has sown... Count on it!

20 years ago?, Ha, try 35 years ago, they were invading the Valley like cockroaches(I mean literly) in the early 70's. My family in 1971 lived in a apartment on Reseda Blvd and Napa St., with mostly white kids going to CSUN and white working class families living there.

Next thing you know in the mid 70's the manager started renting the apartments to Hispanic families with a couple of people and next thing you know there would be ten people living in each one instead of two. We lived on the ground floor and they would be upstairs dancing past midnight playing their Ranchero music, jumping from the top floor railing into the swimming pool below.

Then kid you not, all the white families started moving out one by one, until we were the only non-Hispanic family left, out of a 32 unit apartment building.

With them moving in came in infestation of cockroaches, I mean real ones, with pregnant cockroaches everywhere. Using Bug bombs barely put a dent in the roach problem.

The Hispanics would be outside sitting on the trunk of my Mom's car drinking beer, and even one time one came around the corner in the apartment parking lot driving drunk and smashed into the side of my mom's car and tried to take off. We caught them.

Yep, finally moved out of there into a house in Reseda in 1981, until the taggers started tagging up the wall of my Mom's house almost weekly starting in 2005. My Mom put the house up for sale and moved the hell out of Cali.

So yeah, not much has changed, Hispanics move in a nice neighborhood, bring their cockroaches too, all the Non-Hispanics move out, and the neighborhood goes to shit.

If you don't belive me, look at Canoga Park, Winnetka, Panorama City. Van Nuys, Arleta, Pacoima, North Hollywood, Sepulveda, to name a few, those used to be nice clean neighborhoods in the 50,60 and 70's, and now look, cockroach crap everywhere you look, and that's just the Valley.

Don't get me started on the rest of Cali.
