Kind of hard to argue with these numbers. St Louis got a "0" on their rating, with 100 being the safest and 1 being the most dangerous. St Louis actually scored lower than the test allows for, lol. Look at the crime map, then. Look at the highest rates of crime in a city that is always in the top 5 for most dangerous and highest crime rated cities in the country. Mostly north central, what even the blacks called "Blacktown" when I was younger. It's not genetic with them, it's their culture that they buy into because they like to see themselves as "victims" of racism and bigotry that most of them can't even remember, much less ever see. They can sit in their hood, dealing poison and shooting each other and robbing anyone that they can, and blame their behavior on "whitey" and racism, becauswe if it wasn't for those things, they would never have to live like this right? They're not just being lazy and refusing to be held personally responsible for their own actions, are they?
Look, I can sit here and preach about the problems of black Americas Hip Hop/Gangster culture and history of victimizing theirselves all night. Fact is, numbers don't lie. And the numbers at the link i provided tell all the story you really need.
