4 Ugghh, the thing with the Polka music. Here's some education. When the germans settled in south texas in the 1800's, they brought their culture which merged with mexican culture. that's where the polka comes from. 1 Foreign language (not so foreign now) is a requirement to graduate in most public schools. Spanish and French are usually the two choices. As far as ALL Americans learning spanish and respecting mexican culture...I'm all for respecting other cultures, but only those who respect ours as well. Apparently the midwest is not yet the haven for illegals that CA, AZ, and TX have become. You'll be singing a different tune when the illegals infest your state. I gaurantee it. To get respect, people need to earn it. You don't earn respect in a foreign country by going there illegally, leeching, dirtying the place up, committing crimes, shouting your racism from the rooftops, and then marching in our streets waving flags of their homeland. That is straight disrespect and that's what they'll get from me in return. I have absolutely NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER for any wetback...NONE. They are nothing more than cochroaches to me. In answer to the stupid poll question , illegals from south of the border are VERY racist. They only care about race. They see 'white' and 'mexican', even though on any legal questionaires we are all labeled as caucasion. They don't seem to comprehend logic too well. If they did, they would have learned BY NOW that AMERICANS don't hate mexicans. AMERICANS (of all heritages and backgrounds including mexican-Americans like myself) hate ILLEGALS. If most of the mexicans here are illegal, well then, yes we hate your leeching asses. It's time for you to go back home and fix the mess of a country you so cowardly ran away from. ILLEGAL mexicans are not the same thing as LEGAL Mexicans. Once they slither over here ILLEGALLY, they are as good as sh!t to most Americans. |

2 i don't know when the last time you been to MO, but only the mexicans have all the landscaping jobs, roofing jobs, we have Mexicans, and mexican restaurants. Mexicans are good workers (the best). Whether they are illegal or not, Meicans don't march in the streets here, or play loud music, commit crimes or shout racism. Everyone is pretty well behaved in public here, in conserative MO (the bible belt of the midwest). All mexicans in MO dress impeccable, and are clean. We don't have a homeless population living on the streets of St. Louis, or camping out permanently like in Berkely or Portland. They get arrested right arway and sent away to a shelter or jail. and we don't have medical marijuana legal here either. maybe closed minded conservative MO is wheere you need to live, not with all the fruits and nuts in a dry dirty desert location |

1 "mexican's" were here before "whites" were. if you remember the trail of tears, whites pushed them out, and gave them the desert. and besides, no one complains of Canadians or treats them like second class citizens. I'm white, 6ft. blonde, and four nationalities whapped into one. I think it's disgusting the native americans and their land are being swept under the rug. Come on California, you're all so damn liberal about the bums and homeless people, and dope smoking - why are you so predjudiced against the natives? go to mexico, and I guarantee you'll come running back here in a new york minute, so why judge??? or better yet, get up, and go down and build a damn fence that works. you live there. |
