Michael Jackson is dead

Poor, pitiful guy.

He never had a childhood and he was ruined from a young age to be a revenue-generator for his family. He was extremely talented but also extremely troubled and lived a very bizarre life. While the criminal charges of child molestation never stuck, there were still many rumors from his past.

I hope that somewhere, somehow he had some happiness in his life. To me, it didn't look like it.

I hate to say this, but Michael died years ago. At least around here. Either way, R.I.P. Michael!

Wierd in life; wierd in death. But a great entertainer.

I was on a sound stage at Universal Studios years ago shooting a TV commercial when MJ and his entourage burst through the doors. Our commercial director had just shot "Beat It" and MJ was there to see the first rough cut. Glad I was there to see him in person; you can tell talent when you see it and this guy had it. However, take a look at that video and see how diferent he looked then versus today. Unfortunately, Farrah Fawcett's death ends up being a footnote to MJs passing.

Man, you people are cruel! What if he never molested anyone? Has it ever occurred to you, that maybe all that stuff about him was made up??? I believe he genuinely cared about kids, like adults do, but he did it in a very childish way. I am certain he never touched any kid in any inappropriate way. Weirdo, maybe. Child molester, definitely not. That was all their parents making stuff up, so they can ruin him and collect $. That's all. He was a very genuine, loving person, who would help out whenever he could. Didn't he pay all the leukemia bills for some little kid? He was a humanitarian, spoke against animal cruelty, etc. No matter what you think, he was an extraordinary talent and a wonderful person.

I was never a big fan of his, but it's sad to hear of his passing. And at age 50! That's entirely too young!

Well I do believe in hell, and I do believe thats where child molesters belong.

I always hoped that he would drop the pop act and try to release a real gritty R&B album. He had the voice and the moves. He just chose to rleases that "Bad" crap. His songwriting was kind of second rate, too. No doubt he was popular and could sell records, though.
