I keep wondering who these people are who have the time to march or protest during working hours. According to the Obama administration the unemployment/jobless figures are improving therefore there shouldn't be that many people with all that free time on their hands.

Exactly. If it's like the AZ protests last year in Phoenix, the AFL-CIO, Lulac, La Raza, SEIU, etc. paid unemployed people to get on the buses.

A few still do, but the rest of them use various scams in order to get by. 40 percent of those who work in L.A. County work for cash. They pay no taxes. That means the remaining 60 percent who work are paying taxes to support all the scammers. Welfare, free medical care, free day care, free transportation to and from the clinics, free education, free everything. They also make their money by committing various crimes. Importing and selling drugs, importing illegals, armed robbery, kidnappings for ransom, id theft, burglary, car theft, the list is endless. On the other end of the scale we've got wealthy young people still living at home, for free. Bored, with lots of time on their hands, some of them support these "immigrant rights" groups who want the borders opened so that millions more will flood across and overburden the society even more. Why? I have absolutely no idea.

Sounds like Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) should show up and show THEIR appreciation. Free bus ride included!

Marching for what? They broke our laws, and expect to be given the keys to the cities in which they light upon. This is a total affront to every law-abiding citizen who has conducted themselves in a responsible manner, never expecting anything from our government but to be protected from litigious and avaricious interlopers such as these. Americans need to march for illegals immediate removal.

Glad to see that poor immigrants are able to voice their concerns openly in LA. These immigrants all need to be made American citizens through amnesty!

most of us have locks on our doors and fences around our houses so why do some people not understand the concept of borders. we allow more peiople into this country every year than any other country on Earth and there has to be a limit especially when our immigrants are taking far more than they give back .

What if a bunch of us were to march for the rights of TAXPAYERS? The right to NOT be taxed to foot the bill for the cost of educating, providing healthcare, and other social services to illegals? What if we were to march in protest to the drugs, rape, kidnapping, and other violent crimes these crimminals bring with them? What if we were to march, for our right to live free from the burden of having to worry about some gang of lowlife douchbags turning our cities and towns into war zones? That's right we would be bigoted racist! Just another reason the RINOS, liberals, and polititcal correctness have to go! Tea Party 2012!

Oh wow, so thousands may have gotten into this country illegally between the 1800's and early 1900's...let's copmpare that to the millions that have sneaked in since 1986...are you kidding me?????? What major accomplishments do the latest illegals have to brag about? Does having more babies than they can afford to properly care for give them any bragging rights????Apparently there are those among them that do, how morally bankrupt is that?

These poor immigrants are just doing what is necessary for them to survive! When America offers so many free services and opportunities to poor people with little hope, they naturally will all be motivated to flock here.
