Did this distraught individual purchase his "medicine" from Council licensed dispensaries, or did he get it on the street?

Looks like another illegal alien trying to sneak into Catalina. These people must be stopped.

I'm not sure you can "plow" a car into a large body of water, i.e. the Pacific Ocean. You can plow a car into something hard, like a tree or a wall or the car in front of you; but water is soft.

It might take a few days, but the pollution will surely kill him.

I don't get it -- the car is going to stop after it gets a few feet past the waterline. How does the guy expect to kill himself in 18 inches of water?

The polluted seawater has ruined his car. That sucks because he'll have to take the bus to his next suicide attempt.

Jump out of a boat going 35 mph, then come back and report to us how soft the water was on your face.

Right you are. It's kinda like bouncing along on a wet street at 35 mph.
