Mankato Student Had 0.06 Blood-Alcohol Content

A Minnesota State, Mankato, student who was struck by a car and killed in November had a blood-alcohol content of 0.06 percent, the State Patrol said Tuesday in a news release.

Is it fair to say that if a child loses their mother to cancer because she smoked cigarettes that it defines her as a person? No, absolutely not; she was a mother, a daughter, a friend, a family member. Rissa should not be defined that way either. She was a wonderful person and truly cared about every single person in her life. It's truly sad to see that someone is so mean and heartless to write such an awful statment about a wonderful person that you did not know. I really hope you think about that next time you feel like writing such hurtful things about people.
