I wouldn't say it exactly that way, but I agree. If you don't play golf, why go to the golf course? Meaning if you don't want to be a part of what a place stands for, promotes, and is built for and about...why go there. If you don't play golf, don't go to the golf course and play and enjoy their labor to keep the course nice. If you don't want, believe, or want to be exposed to Christian values and teachings, maybe you shouldn't go to a place that includes and supports those values. That doesn't mean the place or people are anti-whatever you don't like. They are simply FOR what they feel God requires for them and choose to support that way of life and provide a place for those who feel the same. What gets me is, if you are FOR Christian values, some would accuse you of being anti-this or that. I see it as just being pro-what ever one chooses to follow and base their life on. I am not anti-gay. I just don't do it or want to have it forced into my lifestyle. Enjoy your golf game n & i jackson. They don't come there to play football, do they? Just golf. They call themselves a "Christian University", but oddly enough, their new "statement of faith" would prohibit Jesus himself from teaching there. He drank wine in public and associated with people of questionable character, both of which are against the rules of his alleged followers running the college.
