What does it matter if he is white, latino, black, or asian? The fact of the matter is everyone is going to have a different oppinion on what he should have or should not have done, or for that matter if he is lying or telling the truth. As much as I dislike guns, we CAN'T get rid of them. Under the second amendment, we have the right to keep and bear arms. To outlaw guns all together is not only impossible, but it isn't legal.

Something is not right here. Like two previous posters, if she wasn't lying next to him, he should have called out her name. She would have answered.
