i feel the city should take care of its own little community, and leave its surrounding neighbors alone. when they've had the chance for good business oppertunities they pass it.they need to clean up its board of directors and paint up the dull concrete buildings adding some bright colers like neighbor towns jenkins,peqout lakes, nisswa, brainerd and more. get more young people on the board. and more police force is'nt stopping crime, stiffening the penalties is what its going to take, if you can't do the time don't do the crime. also put a laundrymat in town. smaller towns than yours have one of them. wise-up.

"Truth" is right on - I've been through the hick inbred town of Pine River and it's downright scary.

I would tend to believe that residents of pine river are proud of their town and are glad that people like "reality" don't live there.

Pine Rivver is a good town, complete now with the New Alco Store---I love it!!
