Disgusting low life trash, give the child to a family that wants one.

This definitely looks like the case of a "low - life / drug abusing" parent...but I have to wonder if something more wasn't happening. What if he set the girl outside because someone came to claim money he had borrowed, maybe the mother came back around, etc.... We really don't know the whole story, so we can not judge. After all, the Bible does say, "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:1-2

Not to sure why people lie, it could happen to anyone?

Are you all kidding, no this could not have happened to anyone. I have two children and in the 17 years of being a parent I have always known where they are. Especially a 20 month old inoccent baby, take the child away so that she might be safe. And get off your high horse with your scripture quotation, one sentence you call him a "low life drug abusing parent" and in the next your preaching the gospel. If you want to represent spiritual loving people how about you leave the judging to God, other wise let us call him what he is, a loser, whether he lost the child on purpose or on accident, he is a loser.

God has nothing to do with this idiot!!!! This is a clear example of an innocent child being raised by someone who has no sense of what parenthood is. The worse part of this is the child will probably be returned to him at some point.(Liberal laws). The thought of seeing a child in pajamas soaken wet sickens me. I hope there is some criminal charge that can be brought against this bum!!!

Father knock unconscious when he hit his head in the shower, sorry I am not buying that story. How would a child that small open the door and walk out of the house. Try locking it or lets take a shower when the kid is sleep in the crib with the door closed. Might sound cruel but I used to put a lack hook on my kids door so they couldn't get out for that reason.

this kept happening in foxboro last summer a mother who was known to have big drug and drinking parties with the neighborhood teens was found in her house with at teen in her bedroom and a bag of dope on her couch while the cumberland farms employee's had grabbed her kid for the second time in a month from the streets at almost 11 pm. The cops said that the house reeked of pot and the mother took for ever to answer the doors. Child Protection came and did nothing because they said that the mother had gone out and bought locks. She did the right thing. Caging in children is the ancedote when you want to get drugged out of your mind. Yeah Child Protection...if this had been a man..the child would of been taken away like this case in state custody. but, because it is a "feeble" woman CPS barbie soldiers can stoke her pipe for her and walk away....this is how CPS works.
