I know of a local FAMILY run business that is blind to the fact that the divorce rate among their employees has grown over the past few years. And I think if they had a ruling against workers dating this would not be such a problem. I also feel the fact that they exclude spouses on any company events adds to it. I have seen this with management and when it breaks off there is always issues of trying to have the other person removed. Well eventually, one of these woman will be smart and realize it is not going to be forever and save sometype of evidence to use when they throw a sexual harrassment charge on the company. Then maybe the company will open there eyes.
