Are there any curent updates on this matter? If he did it - he should be castrated without ANY pain medication. Only enough meds to keep him alive to suffer forever.

Its sad then when a state gets its act together and makes the death penality avalable for people who go this far that the Supreme Court steps in and bashes it down.

Society today has to wise up and see that this problem is larger than we want to admit... It has been for centuries... Until we identify that this is an incurable illness a lot of innocent victims will suffer. There isn't enough jail time, medication or visits in mental institutions that can correct the damage they cause. We live in such times we allow this fine line between natural sex/and sexual perversion. It is a shame when the two are protected by the same laws.
