Knauff is on probation, yet has been arrested two other times just this year? Aren't those further arrests a serious violation of the conditions and requirements of probation? How is it that she was still on the street and therefore able to become involved in this incident? It would seem that she is now in the right place, incarcerated. There's no real indication in this article of what happened in this incident, but the 18 year old lost a limb. That's a very serious consequence.

That's why we call it "the ghetto Ralphs"

Once again, thank you for checking on Ms. Knauff's priors to forestall her family members who would insist she is an angelic soul who has never, ever been in any kind of trouble.

So then go read the LA Times or the Daily News. Nobody is forcing you to read the PT! BTW, hope you caught the follow up joke in ref. to 'he gave her the finger'. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Thats the best one so far!

It is racist to expect these people to behave like what is considered "civilized human behavior" back in the proud American States.

We are Progressive. We have no standards, or expectation of decency whatsoever in today's Long Beach. We embrace every disgrace as though it were praiseworthy.

If you're going to make a joke, at least be clever about it. Yawn.

First, that neighborhood is not "ghetto". Highly populated yes. I used to live over in that area for years and never had any problems. I shop at that neighborhood Ralph's and never had any problems, except for solicitors.

Sorry, it's too late for that. I think she became an adult when she reached the age of 18 so I think the term teen should not have been used in this case. I wonder if the biter was any relation to Tyson. I believe that most kids stop biting when they are about two due to much smacking alongside the head by their peers.
