Hello my little Rosie! July 7th is just around the corner...so what you be thinkin'? With all the MJ news it's hard to focus on our own "smooth criminal" if you get my drift.

I guess while the whole world will be focused on Staples Center for the gloved one's memorial service on Tuesday, the rest of us will be focused on the Long Beach courthouse for news about Dr. Zeljko Zic and his sexual battery charges.

This guy may have choked on another man's dick and then turned to women because he has an over reactive gag reflex and he doesn't like the taste of salt. Somehow I don't think that Brian has an over reactive gag reflex, which doesn't make sense because he is the Dr. himself.

Stop the presses Rosie Luv!!!! Another pre-trial date has been scheduled for July 23! WTF? It's like he keeps getting an 11th hour reprieve...what's the hold up anyway? Maybe he couldn't make it on the 7th because he had to go to Michael Jackson's memorial. Or maybe his attorney did. Or maybe the judge did. Maybe he's in a treatment program? Why would any judge keep allowing so many delays? I hope the two victims are still prepared to face the creep. This whole delay thing is just giving him more time to spend/hide all of his assets. Sucks big time!
