I have heard coyotes yipping late at night. I live very close to El Dorado Park and the river.

coyotes are all over east division. not uncommon to see a pack of C's running through el dorado park at night. start shooting them on sight and C's will start to stay away from humans. right now we are just a sourse of food (trash/pets) for them.

I've seen them cruise by my house in packs of 3 or 4 and I live in Cypress!! Keep your pets indoors and don't leave their food out!

Get an Acme anvil, attach it to a giant slingshot, aim carefully ... and your coyote problems are over.

Coyotes were here FIRST! Keep your trash covered and leave your pets inside. Pets shouldn't be outside anyway. There's no reason to shoot these beautiful animals.

How would you like it if animals would rebuff, by eating all humans!

Not that many years ago I traveled from Long Beach Airport to Phoenix two to three times a week on America West for business. There were at least two coyotes and later a pup that lived in the tall dead grass next to the runways and tarmacs.
I always felt it quaint and settling to see one or two prance along next to a huge roaring jet with its ears cocked forward and glancing calmly from the plane to the ground and back as if it was ready to race. As we gained speed and the nose began to ease gently off the blacktop I'd watch the running animal as long as possible as we slid into the sky knowing he'd be waiting later that afternoon for the folks in the multi-million dollar behemoth to descend once more to the earth we both shared and loved.

Please leave your cats out. I would much rather see a coyote than those filthy furry creatures.

Put a $250 bounty on those coyotes and you'd see them disappear in no time. It would be the swiftest and most effective solution to the problem.

Remember, first they go after our pets, THEN they'll go after toddlers. But, I guess that's ok, because THEY were here first. Right, animal rights freaks?

Coyote Fever! We live in Lakewood Village on Heather. About 10 days ago we found a cat leg in our front yard. Tonight my neighbor across the street showed me an email stating that a cat over on Stanbridge was eaten a few days ago. Two weeks ago my co-worker who lives next to the train tracks off of Del Amo saw a Coyote on the small hill behind her house. Our 7 year old son is now keeping our cat in his bedroom at night and at the ready with his light saber!

A Coyote chowed-down on my neighbor's cat (that used to run wild and dump in my planter). I wish it would come back and eat some more.

I've just got to know.. Do those coyotes have the proper permits to conduct business here? I thought their activities were limited to smuggling illegals north across the border. Now they're here in town drumming up business trying to smuggle the cats SOUTH across the border? Business must be bad! How much are they charging? Dollars or pesos or Euros! And, are corupt ICE agents in on the take? Enquiring minds wants to knows.

LBPD said,'start shooting.' Figures. We have urban wildlife in the neighborhood that are almost tame. Some shooter types go for them. Great sport for morons.

Just wait for the earthquake and shoot some real game, Urban looters instead of innocent animals.

A one sentence rant. Not up to your usual standards. I guess trying to type & keep your sisters hands off of you must be hard ( no pun intended) on you !!!
Once again, ICU2 speaks from personal experience.

If the cops want to get rid of them, they should go where they like to hang out: at the Los Coyotes Diagonal.

Can't we get the coyotes over here to "The Village"?

There is a large, long-unfinished building for a kennel and lots of bunnikens for their tummykins.

All parties involved will be happy.
