I would imagine the community of Long Beach would want to know why white areas are getting better response time opposed to the Latino, Black or Asian areas. The Civil Service Commission required this officer reinstated on what grounds? Surely, he broke the trust which the public had placed in him as a Police Officer. I say fire him. If necessary get rid of the Civil Service Comission, which obviously isn't doing the job for which it was intended. How much are we paying them? How much are we paying the Officer?
