Samoans are big and strong, and too many white cops today are runts and cowards. I am only 6'1" and 230 and I tower over and dwarf most of the white cops I meet today.
The problem is, too many of the runts want to prove to themselves that they are not cowards, but they know they really are. Oh, and I am white and I can remember when white cops were not runts and cowards. |

What type of criminal? He had one citation on his entire criminal record for public drinking. Does that make him a "these type of criminal". They never said he was strong or powerful, so of course he could be sick, have you seen his pictures, he was gaunt and thin. |

This guy claims to be a UCLA graduate. I think his parents wasted a fortune! |

I punched a cop in the face and knocked him out cold. I spent less than 24 hours behind bars with a 100 dollar fine.

Now a battone is considered a weapon and a person can kill someone, but when the police do it, it is ok. This needs to stop and the police need to go to jail like everybody for their action without being in a securied jail. They also should not be off of work with pay. How stupid is that??????? It's called vacation. The police need training for those who are mentally ill. There are a lot of people who are mentally ill since our dear governor has shut down the facitilies. They need to know the difference between a mentally ill person and a danagerous person. Don't kill, arrest and send them to jail if a person has honestly committed a crime. My prayers are out to the victim and his family and friends. Prayers are for the people for the community!

Police will ALWAYS continually attack innocent people, and other police will ALWAYS cover up for their crimes. That's the way it's been since police immemorial. We ALL know they have the Code of Silence, and no cop will ever rat on another cop. So... expect to see a LOT more of this, given the current policies being enacted that militarize the police nationally. It starts with small incidents like this, and as long as the police are always given some sort of a magick wand of infallibility in this country... it will continue to escalate to the point that they are no longer police officers, but occupying forces who will be shooting people arbitrarily in the street just to maintain some twisted form of self perceived order.

When you're more afraid of the police and government than the criminals, it's time to emigrate. Worked for me.

Are you proud of that? Im not sure I get your point. I also dont really believe it, maybe it was an off duty incident. |

Richard, put your book down and come live here in the streets that are so nicely described in your books and brochures.
Obviously an armchair police officer. Police should have easily handled without that much force? TJ Hooker is not the real wold. It's TV. They are actor who act a script written by rich people who hide themselves from society. You don't see the world that happens when you go to bed at night. From 10:00pm to 6:00am a whole world exists that you'll only read about in a newspaper, written by people who go to bed at 10:00pm and wake up at 6:00am to go to work and write more stories about what happened the night before. We go to sleep at night because the police and fire services are up all night being shot at, risking their lives so we can sleep comfortably at night. I'd love to have everyone ride a patrol here in Los Angeles County for one night and see what what the other side of live dishes out. |

"Magick wand of infallibility????" Tell that to Rafael Perez, Bill Ferguson and Ruben Palomares- they'll talk to you all about the "infallibility" you seem to think exists. Bottom line here, you attack the cops - mindless or not - it's lights out time for you! |

These cops should probably go to jail or at least lose their badges, and the whole damn department needs to get re-trained on what is acceptable use of deadly force. Just because some guy with the mind of a child gets a couple good punches in doesn't mean he deserves or even needs to die....
Prior to using deadly force the cop needs to reasonably believe that he or someone else is in imminent (not possible or eventual) danger of being killed, like gun pointed at them or knife being lunged in their direction... Simply being on the losing end of a fight does not mean deadly force is acceptable, especially when its multiple cops against one guy. For all they knew he could've been showing symptoms of head-trauma (but really does the reality, mental illness, make him any more culpable?) Cops these days really are a bunch of cowards. What else do you call it when they are no longer willing to put their lives on the line to protect the freedoms and liberties of the people they serve? Like them going in with 15 masked swat officers with assault rifles to serve non-violent search warrants, or using "pain compliance" against passive protestors, and then blaming the victim of this massive police brutality for not just "shutting up and doing what they're told." It’s a sad state of affairs when so many law enforcement personnel these days are bullies, thugs, and mercenaries. We reap what we sow, and these gung-ho psychotic bastards are getting home from the middle east and going into law enforcement by the thousands... They obviously had no respect for the rule of law over there, as anybody with half a brain knows that this is a brutal and illegal war of occupation and conquest... What makes anybody think that the law or basic human rights will matter one bit to them after they come home and find work in law enforcement? |
|
Wrong, buddy. The use of force policy in most departments WILL allow cops to kill an unarmed suspect if they are losing the fight. If you bothered to think things out before reacting hysterically to it, you would see the reasons why. Haven't you ever seen video or read news stories about cops who get beaten up, get their guns taken away and are killed with their own weapons? How about the time a prisoner overpowered his guard, took away the cops' gun, then went on a killing spree with it? So when a cop is losing a fight, getting too tired to hold on, and he may be in danger of blacking out or being overpowerd, he's supposed to just HOPE the bad guy decides not to disarm and kill him? That's a pretty little fantasy world you live in if you said "yes.". |

You are an absolute moron...I can't even believe some of the comments coming from the idiots down south...my god people, do you have no morals? You all praise the pigs for tasering and shooting a man in the back 6 or more times? A terminally ill man? What the f**k is wrong with America these days? No wonder your government can do whatever they want, you sheep support it, there are way way too many f**kin morons in the USA just like you that will support the police state you are approaching, and approaching fast. All I can say is this is a sin, I feel for this mans family, you dip sh*ts say his family doesnt care? wtf do you get off drawing that conclusion? Lets see, realistically...hmm....the pigs naturally state that this terminally ill man charged at them and managed lmfao actually managed to grab one of the 2 officers batons and strike him with it, so they tased him and then proceeded to fire....hmm...kinda far fetched, yet, on the other side, we have 40 witnesses saying the cops jumped out of their squad car and started beating the man with thier clubs, tased him and opened fire on him while lying on the ground....who do you believe? The sad thing, is that most of you dumb ass f**kin morons will take the word of the killer cops...pathetic, I can't wait until the cops do this to you or your family members, so you can try to tell the truth about it and have dozens of others say you/your family were in the wrong and deserved it.....most of you f**ks do deserve it And I'm sorry buddy, even if by some chance he was struggling and managed to strike a cop, that is not grounds to shot someone 6 times in the back, not at all. He was tased and lying on the ground....that is when you cuff him, not kill him....you're f**kin demented and will rot in hell for thinking that way, rightfully so The pigs are the worst gangs nation wide, they kill moer people than any gang every day, and you sick f**ks support them....wait till it's your turn |
|
Or maybe the "him" cop was really a "her" cop, but I agree with you, What's that guys point? |

This is exactly the kind of totalitarian attitude that is being put into police officers brains in their training. They are the law, no matter what the law says. THEY are the law and this is THEIR town.
I hope they sue the city, get lots of money and the thug/pig/cops are sent away for life...ESPECIALLY if there are bullet entry wounds in this man's back. |

I guess it would have been OK, in this community, if the cops just didn't respond.
Next thing you'd be hearing is that if those"Damn Long Beach cops had gotten here in time Su'e's neighbor wouldn't have beaten him to death, it's all the cops fault" |

I know the real La Raza just swells with pride when this little POOH BUTT speaks. |
