Baby formula high on shoplifters' list

It wasn't a hungry infant that prompted Casey Jones, 31, to steal $167 in baby formula from the Concord Hannaford last week, according to the authorities. via Concord Monitor

They steal the powder form of formula to cut Heroin and Cocaine with. Not to feed their babies. Odds are they are dealing drugs or drug addicts that trade it to a dealer for drugs.
