To each his own. If it was brainwashing for my Grandmother to sit at the table and read the bible to me each day, then I will take that brainwashing over any day.

I thought this was neat, sure alot will not , not for those who dont ,but those who will. You may not know me, but I know everything about you (Psalm 139:1). I know when you sit down and when you rise up (Psalm 139:2). I am familiar with your ways (Psalm 139:3). Even the very hairs on your head are numbered (Matt 10:29-31) for you were made in my image (Genesis 1:27). In me you live and move and have your being (Acts 17:28) for you are my offspring (Acts 17:28). I knew you even before you were conceived (Jeremiah 1:4-5). I chose you even before I planned creation (Ephesians 1:11-12). You were not a mistake; all your days are written in my book (Psalm 139:15-16). I determined the exact time of your birth and where you would live (Acts 17:26). You were fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). I knit you together in you mother's womb (Psalm 139:13) and brought you forth on the day you were born (Psalm 71:6). I have been misrepresented by those who don't know me (John 8:41-44). I am not distant and angry, but I am the complete expression of love (1 John 4:16), and it is my desire to lavish my love on you (1 John 3:1). I offer you more than your earthly father ever could (Matthew 7:11) for I am the perfect father (Matthew 5:48). Every good gift that you receive comes from my hand (James 1:17) for I am your provider, and I meet all your needs (Matthew 6:31-33) My plan for your future has always been filled with hope.(Jeremiah 29:11) Because I love you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3), my thoughts toward you are as countless as the sand on the seashore (Psalm 139:17-18) and I rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17). I will never stop doing good to you (Jeremiah 32:40) for you are my treasured possession (Exodus 19:5). I desire to establish you with all my heart and all my soul (Jeremiah 32:41). I want to show you great and marvelous things (Jeremiah 33:3). If you seek me with all you heart, you will find me (Deuteronomy 4:29). Delight in me, and I will give you the desires of you heart (Psalm 37:4) for it is I who gave you those desires (Philippians 2:13). I am able to do more for you than you could possibly imagine (Ephesians 3:20) for I am your greatest encourager (2 Thessalonians 2:16-17). I am also the father who comforts you in all your troubles (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). When you are brokenhearted, I am close to you (Psalm 34:18). As a Shepard carries a lamb, I have carried you close you my heart (Isaiah 40:11). One day, I will wipe away every tear from your eyes (Revelation 21:3-4), and I'll take away all the pain you have suffered on this earth (Revelation 21:3-4). I am your father, and I love you even as I love my son, Jesus (John 17:26). He is the exact representation of my being (Hebrews 1:3). He came to demonstrate that I am for you, not against you (Romans 8:31) and to tell you that I am not counting your sins (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). Jesus died so that you could be reconciled (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). His death was the ultimate expression of my love for you (1 John 4:10). I gave up everything I loved so that I might gain your love (Romans 8:31-32). If you receive the gift of my son, Jesus, you receive me (1 John 2:23), and nothing will ever separate you from my love again (Romans 8:38-39). Come home, and I'll throw the biggest party heaven has ever seen (Luke 15:7). I have always been your father and will always be your father (Ephesians 3:14-15). My question is, will you be my child (John 1:1-13)? I am waiting for you (Luke 15:11-32). Love, Your Dad, Almighty God

Oh yeah ,great stories let me ask you this ..you obviously have a biased veiw because the main characters in the story are angels ,just for fun let's say that the first angel is actually a political figure would you still support the actions of entering someone's home , determining that they have enough money and don't need any more , then making a large amount of their assets unavailable to them ?

People people... have you forgotten that you are humans... not God, we are people, not Lords, we love and fear, Not feel anything.. The choice is all yours. Believe if you want to, or not. JUST KEEP IT TO YOURSELF and away from our future generation of children that will soon dominate this world. Unless of-course you think being indoctrinated with fear over love is a moral and responsible action to hold over the youth of today. Only thing giving Christians power of anything is the amount of people that believe it. And you know this! This is why yalls feathers get all ruffled up over trying to spread the false hopes Christianity preaches. Because 5 decades ago, you all ruled. Guess what, that time has come and GONE. Next on the list is the new Age of reasoning. It allows not only the youth's of today's societies, but the older individuals to get a grasp of what having an "open mind" can accomplish. Just because a majority of society doesn't comprehend quantum mechanics/physics doesn't mean it's the "work of the devil". For Fvck sakes, even Bill O'Rielly is content in thinking that the tides of the sea and how they operate is "Gods mysterious workings". But, hopefully, a majority of the world knows this to be false, just like Pamela Anderson saying she's never had a boob job. Believe what you want, just DO NOT push those.... false irrelevances upon any of my children.. public is for EVERYONE, not just the "majority" that want it that way. And to 'Yes and Amen': LOL, with your delusions and sense of conviction, you could teach a midget to believe he's 6 foot tall! It's either your beliefs or goto hell and die, right? Gee Thanks. I hope someday that it backfires and you get to spend the rest of your 'time' in a dark and dismal existence, while the one's you blasphemed at get to ridicule you. Ahhhh, now that's something worth dreaming for. Chow.

How would you feel if you were told you cannot marry a woman and that there would have to be voting before a decision was made? It's there choice and right to have the freedoms that us straight people have. Stop being afraid of what you don't understand and learn to live with the fact that not everyone is the same as you. The links I posted above are pastors calling for homosexuals to be killed, the sheep like yaa just follow blindly.

Yes and Amen wrote: <quoted text>Hahahahaha! Whatever you want to believe! Now that's a showstopping rebuttal. Yes and Amen wrote: <quoted text>I don't expect you to walk my road No, I won't. I'm a nice person who actually understands that love is more than just a word. Yes and Amen wrote: <quoted text>I would hope that you find the road you are on leads towards destruction... How does the road I'm on lead to destruction? I've never really done anything harmful to others or myself. I'm not delusional (like you) so I haven't done something harmful that I believed was harmless. You do not know what kind of life I live, so how can you really judge that? You wish to annihilate reason, compassion, equality, history, science, and common sense--that's far more destructive than anything I'm doing. Yes and Amen wrote: <quoted text>Thinking that killing babies, and having gay sex is more important to you, than making your family happy, or going to Heaven in the afterlife... that's on you! I don't kill babies nor have gay sex. Where did I say that I care more about those issues than my family? I didn't. You're lying. Who says my family isn't happy? They seem fairly happy to me and do not concern themselves with my beliefs. Even if they were bothered by it, I'm not obligated to change my beliefs to make them happy--no one is. And you're right, I'm not concerned with going to heaven for a few different reasons: 1. I _don't_ believe that it's real. 2. If God wouldn't let me into heaven simply for not believing, he's an a--hole. 3. I don't want to spend an eternity with nutjobs like you. As I've said countless times: no one on this forum has come out in support of killing babies. And abortion is an issue that was decided on 39 years ago. Give it a rest. And quit bearing false witness. Yes and Amen wrote: <quoted text>enjoy your road... you only have a few more miles to travel, and you will find... you didn't really like that road, but you're at the end of it... no turning back! So now you're pretending to see the future? Seems we have a false prophet here. Please continue with the metaphorical threats--they keep getting cuter. Now how about you actually try to make a case for your arguments instead of just calling people idiots when they prove how absentminded you are? Even your bible things that things should be proven: Thessalonians 5:21: "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good." You've proven nothing and hold onto all that is bad.
