I think this statue is a little bit weird, and just plain funny. But you know the saying, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
Regardless of that, if someone created a statue like this of me, I would be offended, not flattered. But that's just my opinion.

The one thing is, Obama is a lightning bolt to be reckoned with. He has taken a stand, despite opposition's rhetoric, that a world functions much better when peace is established. He most likely is the most talked about politician in the world because his views have reached out and touched a world. His message is, rather than arrogance (the George W Way), equality and peace makes for greater success. We can remain the stronger while reflecting dignity to others when necessary. Romney is another one that will reflect nothing shy of arrogance as he's accustomed to reflecting as a Bain head that operates 100% with that style.

If we truly know the Bible, it plainly acknowledges and teaches us, in truth, strength lies in humility. A good parent will teach their child to fight with their words, not their fists. Frankly, beg2differ, not even knowing you, I see that in you. I see where posters say nasty things, yet your words are kinder and as a result, your strengths greater. Just my opinion.

Obama's early mentor Frank Marshall Davis was a communist also...don't know about his other mentor. I guess you would know? Rev. Wright was your mentor too, wasn't he?
Actually....you're a liar. I guess those who struggled back when blacks weren't good enough to even write poems who believed in equality, doesn't fit into your A-list, no more than they do today. Davis wasn't about "self". He was about equality. I'm sure you've touched on Ayn Rand's writings which reek of self interest and in fact, through her Atheist glasses, saw religion as a deterent to prosperity? If you haven't, please do.

Speak up must think she works for a living but getting on a forum and spreading lies and propaganda all day long isn't holding down a real job. It's amazing what welfare recipients do most of the time. Yep it's sad a coon from Chicago has to burn up the ky forum all day long. But hey we brought them here and now we have to pamper them.

To add to Really's using the N word in a post, ladies and gentlement, I offer you another racist post from none other than the #1 God chosen christian who was sent out to save the world by judging the color of one's skin, supporting the camels that'll never to Hell get through the eye of that needle and offshore bank accounts that in part, add to our nation's deficit and deprives our poor.

If it bothers you that I burn up the Ky. Forum all day, which is your imagination stretch because everytime I come on here, there you are, the stay to Hell away from me with your ridiculousism, Satanism, conservative communism, shitism, borism, Ayn Randism and racist attitude. How's that? Have I made myself clear racist?

You like your Bible (btw, I'd capitalize that word if you plan to use it as your scapegoat)?
Speaking of Bible and Conservatives, is it or is it not true that your V.P. candidate Paul Ryan sucks the buns of Ayn Rand's teachings? That's a yes or no answer. Now let me explain that, because since you don't show the courtesy of capitalizing the word Bible, I feel I must.
Ayan Rand WAS AN ATHEIST. Conservative view flocks to her like sheep. Her position on capitalism was/is, you do NOT allow religion to stand in your way of accumulating wealth (which wasn't difficult for her since she was an ATHEIST).
When Ayn Rand's philosophy (Paul Ryan's obsession) is applied as a positive philosophy to life, it leads to results just as monstrous as Communism.
Rand actually herself, rejected Conservatism..HATING religions and all family traditions-anythng that stood in the way of accumulating wealth and pleasure.
Karl Marx admired naked self-interest (Conservative Party).
Rand's writings REEK of overriding arrogant tones. It's dogmatism is without appeal.
Her philosophy was so monstrous, she was unable to personally live it. To live her writings consistently would invite a life of misery and madness.
Ayn Rand's teachings are the Conservative Party's Bible. She called Republican Reagan a "puppet of the religious Right".
I invite any of you to research how your V.P. candidate eats, sleeps and breathes Rand's teachings. Is he an Atheist also?
So now, the good selective christian right has converted to Mormonism and Atheism? Surely not.

If I wanted to attend that 'congeration", I would. However, I have my own church, my own faith which is my God given right but trust me, I'm not looking for a "man-God" status. We have ONE God and trust me, it isn't Mitt.

Before I look at some useless garbage, does the video in fact state that he was Obama's mentor? Just checkin'. If I were you, I'd take it one step further and accuse Obama's pre-birth of the Civil War?

Did Bush pump it down and cost people 60% of their life savings? What is pumped up...can also be pumped down. Right? Right. I would think you'd be happy that people can take advantage of a low interest rate to assist in their small businesses and...life? I'm appalled you're not.

No, but didn't Obama claim his birth was a result of a Martin King march in Selma?

You may have to actually explain that one? lmao

His belief, the same as God's, that we are all created equal might just have been magnified by Mr. King's struggles in peace. The only reason Mr King didn't have all the peace he wanted was I believe because of people that were prejudice and believe in killing little black boys because they whistled?

After Romney trying to further his political agenda at the cost of 4 lives is appalling and might just have been the straw that broke his camel's back. He USED a devastating situation that he had NO clue about to further his political agenda. He was wrong. He was dead wrong and Republican strategists are saying so. He not only made on one mistake, but doubled down on it. I guess since neither Romney or Ryan have any foreign policy experience, neither would know that you can't play partisan politics in foreign policy.

This is where this man is going to be a total danger to this country. The arrogant mouth he's used to using in his Equity Firm to strangle struggling companies until they bleed, will not work in foreign policy and it's an attitude just like his that could get us all nuked in 15 minutes. This man and his Ayn Rand sucking partner are dangerous.

Mr. King's beliefs would have little to do with Obama's claim that he was conceived in Selma in 1965 but his birth certificate shows he was born in 1961. Mr. King seemed like a man of honesty and integrity.

You got to be kidding! And, what is going on right now in the East under this Administration is NOT a danger to this country? Obama, had 0 foreign affairs experience - remember he was a community organizer.....he is the one that apologizes and puts the US in more danger. You Lefties spin this stuff around to make the Dem-wits look like they are PERFECT & they are driving this country further and further down the tubes. Wake up America!

Certainly agree with your assessment of MLK. Other than a couple of human weaknesses, he was a great man. Womder if it's a coincidence that he was a Republican who subscribed to conservative values?

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Aries

You're idealistic and impressionable today, and want to see the best in everyone. Look straight past their faults, pretending they aren't there; concentrate on their good points instead. If a new relationship gets off the ground now it will always be characterized by an aura of romance and fantasy, and a slightly otherworldly quality.
