Well, there is now. CDC reports one case in Matagorda County and I cant seem to get any info on where. Did anyone else hear about this case?

Where? Unless the person's feet are actually nailed down to the floor at a specific address, I cannot figure out why it would matter where in the county they reside. Am I confused?
