There is no such thing as miscarriage of justice unless you can be cleared by DNA evidence and even then sometimes not, otherwise you are guilty. Police dont lie and the court system does not make wrong judgments. The Law was created to help the police keep criminals off the road and out of society, it is just unfortunate that one of the police happen to be a criminal. There are only a few bad apples right?

actually he was innocent...only acting in self defense...sure the judgement was overturned and he is a police officer again but he lost 1 year of his life not because of of "flawed" law system but because one person, a judge, made what she thought was the right call failing to consider his self defense argument
