what a piece of ---- just got out of jail in n.c. and is already back here robbing people.along with that scummm of the earth j.r. roberson. they hang at lana kay project so all u poor people lives around there brace your self and everything u own.i mean why do these people keep getting turned loose its plain to see it will never change just like his dad a ------- thief and thats all he will ever be, all he knows, and thinks it funny and cool. let everyone else work for his oxy habit.someday someday!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot understand why this idiot is not in jail in WV. He is accussed of robbing I don't know how many houses in the Logan area and he is walking free. This is how screwed up the justice system is.

just got picked today so i haear how he stold from everyone this long is beyound me. piece of shit must be pretty good @ it or have plenty of information the law is interested in. but still yet it has to stop at some point its all he has ever done him and his so called father which is also in jail in n.c. for the same damm thing at what point do they stop letting the thief go? he never done anything in life productive to society for all that matters for his self or the family.just look at how many times his dad david bumgarner has been arrested it dont seem to be possible for one person to have been in that much trouble and still be walking the streets.

Where do you live at? He seems to be a lucky guy. Sorry to hear about you being a victim. How do you know for sure he did it?

I'm working with the prosecutor, sheriff's office, and magistrates to get him & his [ex] girlfriend put in jail for stealing from me. He had the gall to tell me she stole from me, along with Billy Ooten. Little does he know, everything he said she confessed to him, he confessed to me what he helped do also. He & his "father" are totally worthless and I will stop at nothing to see that Chris and his cohorts go to jail.

Everyone around here has the same feeling...David knows stuff which keeps getting him released from jail. However, from what I've learned, he stole from the wrong person one too many times. He's supposedly doing life in NC. We'll see.

I hope it does run out and quick. He deserves to go to jail for a long time and so does his father. They come in and destroy people's homes and never think another thing about it. Can you tell me who is ex is? I am wondering If she is the same one who has been with him during the robberies over the summer? Did you know them prior to robbing you? Lots and lots of unanswered questions here.

His ex is that Skank Felisha Aldridge.. thats all she does is steal also... they were made for each other.
